Clan Tag Style

The Clan tag is made like that:
First letter (capital): ^3
following letters: ^0
and following words white: ^7
and then the tag (^7 white): ~100%
If you are pissed off or you are playing especially hard you can color the clan tag red: ^1~100%

Voting bind:
bind u:[vote 1] - that's YES / bind i:[vote 0] - that's NO

Kills bind:
bind p:[ssay(Kills = %fkills%f)]

Deaths bind:
bind o:[ssay(deaths = %fheaths%f)]

Suicide bind:
bind b:[observe]

Normal bind:
bind q:[ssay(lol)]

TeamSay bind:
bind q:[tsay lol]
