Hi everyyone, we must delay that for some days, because I am very ill :( feeling realy shit :( everyone says I am looking fine, but I feel like I am going down soon, like every year around that time :( Hope it getting better soon.

Here a list what I every year have, maybe someone knows that problem:
- starts always with a throat ache over night (seems to come from dry and cold air, but it comes very suddenly, leading into a sleepless night)
- next night the throat ache which hurts always when slugging like shit, turns into a burning pain and adding swetness and fever and head ache
- the next days it suddenly gets better when taking the daily shower. Then keeps comming back again, espacially when working hard/staring on computer screen, also mixed with ankle ache and teeth nerve ache.
Feels like a virus is spreading through my body which kept hiding the rest of the year. Drinking water removes the throat burning and normal ache for a few seconds. Feeling very cold all day :(

Well, that´s it. Eating chocolate or anything sweet feels very painful. Also eating sour oranges (I wish I had sweet ones :().

Well, so now you know how I feel :( I really wish nothing more as getting healthy again. I know always when I am health I don´t know how horrible an illness is until I get it again :( Not sure if it´s useful to know how painful it is.
